- Is there a ready-made cake without pre-ordering?
- Yes. There are ready-made 6-inch cakes on the menu, no pre-order needed: Cute Bear, Roblox, and Rose Garden in three colours (red, green, pink).
- Can I send my own design?
- Yes, of course. Send us a photo of the idea on WhatsApp and we'll suggest the closest thing to it, or pick one from the gallery and we'll adapt it to your occasion.
- Do you write a name or a phrase on the cake?
- Yes, it's one of the things we do most. A name, a greeting, or a phrase only you two get, in Arabic or English.
- What flavours are available?
- Four flavours: Oreo, Chocolate, Vanilla, and Carrot. Tell us which one you want when you order.
- Which occasions do you make cakes for?
- Birthday, Phrases, Engagement & Wedding, Graduation, Newborn & Baby Shower, Retirement, Promotion & Recognition, Bachelorette/Bachelor, Get Well, National Day, Ramadan & Eid, Mother's Day, Love & Apology. If your occasion isn't on the list, message us.
- How do I order a cake?
- On WhatsApp at 056 730 3400, or by message to @dot_cakeart on Instagram. Tell us the occasion, when you need it, and roughly how many people.
- Where do I pick up the cake?
- From the Dot Bakery & Cafe branches: Hofuf, Mubarraz, Khobar.
- When are you open?
- 6 am to midnight, and until 2 am on Thursday and Friday, the same hours at all three branches.
- What's the difference between DOT Cake Art and Dot Bakery?
- Same house. DOT Cake Art is the made-to-order occasion cake side of Dot Bakery & Cafe, and the daily menu of baked goods, coffee, and desserts is on the bakery site.
